Morgan Hill’s rolling backroads and rugged trails are revered by both road and mountain cycling enthusiasts! It’s no surprise that the town has a deep-seated cycling culture. One of the cycling industry’s leading manufacturers, Specialized Bicycle Components, has been headquartered in Morgan Hill since the 1970s.
Bike Therapy, a local cycling shop, heads up the Morgan Hill Bike Party collective, which hosts recurring lighted bike ride events open to the public. The rides start at the bike shop and end at The Running Shop & Hops, a tap house offering an impressive 86 rotating brews. Bike Therapy also leads a weekly women’s road cycling rides on Saturdays and was dubbed with Platinum Excellence by the Bicycle Retailer Association.
The city of Morgan Hill has many bikeable paths and lanes for an easy to navigate cycling adventure within town or to access the surrounding park trails and country roads.
