Morgan Hill is located on Highway 101 in Northern California at the southern end of the San Francisco Bay Area, known as the South Bay. Just south of San Jose and north of Gilroy, this is where urban Silicon Valley unfolds into the more agricultural landscape of the California Central Coast. Morgan Hill is within a half hour’s drive to San Jose Airport (SJC) and about an hour to San Francisco Airport (SFO), making it an easy-breezy stop before or after a flight.

Temperatures range from average summer highs in the 90s °F to average winter lows in the 30s °F. Average annual precipitation is around 20 inches, and the summer months are typically dry. Summer months are characterized by coastal fog which arrives from the ocean in the evening and dissipates the next morning. Winter months have many sunny and partly cloudy days, with frequent breaks between rainstorms.
