Hosted every third Wednesday of the month, this exclusive omakase-style dinner features 8–10 expertly curated courses prepared by Chef “Sushi Randy.” Each dinner teams up with a local winery that pairs one of their wines to each course, which elevates the flavors of each course of the meal.
Both the chef and featured winemaker walk you through each pairing, offering behind-the-scenes insights and flavor notes for a truly immersive experience that celebrates the artful cuisine and local winemaking heritage of the surrounding Morgan Hill area.
