Terra Amico Farms started out as an organic family-owned farm focusing on the diverse varieties of heirloom tomatoes. Our dream has been to provide the community with organic, wholesome vegetables and to educate our family, friends and neighbors about where their food comes from. Fresh organic ingredients are just within feet of where dinner will be served. The outdoor kitchen and dining space offers a scenic view of the California hills and native oak trees. Our hand-built greenhouse where all the magic begins and loving farm animals are all nearby for you to experience and explore. Chef Tommy Palmer of Palmerinos has created a 7-course dinner menu to share with the community and bring the taste of Southern Italy to our beautiful family farm in San Martin, CA. Chef Tommy utilizes every bit that the farm provides to create his seasonal and creative menus. We have partnered with neighboring producers of honey, milk, and other vegetables to fill in the gaps for things that currently aren’t growing on our property. We can’t wait to share our farm, fields, and food with you!
