This event is completely FREE, but we are accepting donations at the event for the LIVESTRONG Program. Please bring your yoga mat!
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a small-group physical activity program designed to get adult cancer survivors back on their feet. Participants meet twice a week for 12 weeks in a safe, supportive environment and experience significant increases in physical activity, overall quality of life and fitness performance as well as decreases in cancer-related fatigue.
All participants along with a support person are invited to utilize the branch for 3 months at no cost to them. Thanks to our community, we are able to offer this program with the monetary gifts they provide.
Physical tickets will not be issued, your name will be on a list at the door! We hope to see you get some serenity in the cellar!
