We would like to invite you to meet our winemaker Chris Graves on Saturday July 22nd between 5:30pm - 8:30pm. All our Cottage Creek wine servings will be perfectly paired with small bites by Tempo

Course 2: 2021 “Discovery” Riesling Shrimp & Asparagus Salad jumbo prawn, asparagus, heirloom cherry tomatoes Red onion, garbanzo beans, key lime vinaigrette

Course 3: 2020 Pinot Noir Smoked Salmon Toast Apple wood smoked salmon, herb cream cheese mouse Candied jalapeño, toasted brioche

Course 4: 2019 GSM Dark Horse Black Label Burnt Ends Pork belly, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, crunchy peanuts

Course 5: 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Lamb lollipops with mushroom risotto peas, carrots, onions Thyme, garlic, cabernet red wine

Course 6: 2019 “Luminous” Red Blend Chocolate mouse Dark chocolate, raspberry, salted pretzel

The entire event will be accompanied by Cottage Creek regular music guest star Jeff Jaegar, who will be providing us with musical entertainment as perfectly paired as our menu.
